Hawdy friends,
On 25 April we know the verdict in the court case against Trekt Uw Plant (TUP) vzw, an Antwerp cannabis social club.
In Belgium it is allowed for adults to each posess one cannabisplant.
All the members of the association put their one plant in the associations grow garden. We then have a legal cannabis plantation.
On 12 December 2006 we opened the plantation. Sadly, the plantation was raided and closed the same day.
We've alway's been open about what we where up to. We've informed the police and local authorities about our initiative. We got permission from police and authorities to organize the opening of the grow garden as an event.
On 28 March we had our first session in the Antwerp Justice building. The prosecuter plee's that TUP is a criminal organization. Of course we're not!
The verdict is on 25 Aptil.
It would be nice if you would support us by putting us with your visble friends.
